Personnel Selection first opened its doors to the public in 1971. Initially a commercial agency, we now have specialist divisions as well as nine other branch locations around the South East and over 300 associate locations throughout the
UK as a result of its membership of Team (TEAM web link). Having a strong established history within the recruitment arena we are the “one stop shop” for any business’s recruitment needs tailor making our service to suit each individual.
We provide fact sheets to clients to aid them with the ever
changing/increasing legislation as well as offering candidates CV and interview advice. We pride ourselves on the high level of service we offer to clients and candidates as we believe that understanding specific needs is the key to successful recruitment.

LOUISA
LEYLAND – LOCAL DIRECTOR FOR FARNHAM AND CAMBERLEY BRANCHES
Louisa joined Personnel Selection in 2002 as the Branch Manager for Camberley,
progressing to a Local Director in 2006. Louisa has successfully managed the
Farnham and Camberley branches, achieving Branch of the Year title in 2003, 2004
and 2005! Over the last three years both Farnham and Camberley have secured a
top 3 place at the year end. Louisa ensures that the experienced team of
consultants at the Farnham branch, continue to provide the high levels of
service for which Personnel Selection have become well known.
EMMA
GANNER – FARNHAM BRANCH MANAGER
Emma has been with Personnel Selection Farnham branch for over 5 years, joining
in February 2004 after she graduated in Business and Marketing. Emma has
successfully run a busy temporaries desk, making it one of the most successful
within the company. Emma also boasts being top consultant on the commercial
division for the past two years and is an established and knowledgeable
recruitment professional. Emma has recently been promoted to Branch Manager and
taken on the challenge of managing the team at the Farnham office.
KATE
HOLLAND – RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
Kate joined Personnel Selection in August 2006 as a Trainee Recruitment
Consultant having previously worked within the insurance sector. Since Kate
joined she has progressed at a rapid speed and after 3 months she had
established a busy desk and was promoted to a Consultant working on the
permanent side of the recruitment cycle. Kate has always had a passion for
client liaison and providing the highest levels of customer service. Having been
with Personnel Selection for over 2 years now, she is an established and
knowledgeable member of the recruitment team who is respected by her clients.
SARAH
MANN – RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
Sarah has worked for Personnel Selection since 2004, originally joining the
Camberley office as an Administrator. Having proved herself as a Branch
Administrator, Sarah progressed to a Consultant, ultimately winning Consultant
of the year in 2006. In March 2007, Sarah joined the Farnham Branch of Personnel
Selection working as a consultant specialising on permanent placements. Sarah
has used her varied recruitment knowledge which now spans 6 years to become a
valued member of the team.
