As a general guide recruitment consultants will be involved in:
Interviewing: meeting job seekers, collating and assessing their skills and
abilities and providing advice.
TELESALES : regular contact with local businesses.
MATCHING : providing clients with the right person for the
right job in the right time scale.
CLIENT VISITS : regularly visiting new and existing local
client businesses.
Remuneration comprises a basic salary coupled with a generous bonus commission
which can either be based on a team or individual performance. General
guidelines are:

£15,000 - £18,000 plus commission (OTE £20,000 - £28,000)

£20,000 - £30,000 plus commission (OTE £30,000 - £45,000) |
