Description |
Preparing meals within a residential unit - approx 50 residents.
Numbers will vary depending on the day of the week and chef will be advised of specific dietary requirements.
Main duty is to organise and control the efficient and economic production of quality
food within the allowed budget, whilst maintaining high standards of
cleanliness and hygiene in line with EHO regulations.
* City & Guilds 706 - NVQ 1 & 2, or equivalent (achieved or working towards)
* Basic Food Hygiene Certificate - imperative you have this
* Good communication skills
* Team player
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Satisfactory Police Check and check against the POVA List (where applicable) |
