HEAD CHEF My client a beautiful medium sized 3 Star Hotel based in Surrey is currently looking for an experienced Head Chef. The Hotel has a Restaurant, Bar and Conference & Banqueting facilities. All food is made fresh fresh ingredients to a high standard.
As the Head Chef you will be managing a small brigade of chefs and will be responsible for kitchen management duties such as rotas, ordering, stock control, GP, training etc.
Applicants must have previous experience as a Head Chef working within at least 3 star hotels and should show career progression and length of service. The ideal Head Chef will be highly motivated, vibrant, professional and have lots of fresh and new ideas.
In return the company offers an excellent salary of £26-30K. |
