Our client is looking for a Senior Chef De Partie / Junior Sous for their restaurant and boutique style hotel operation set in an idyllic village between Brighton and Eastbourne. The food is a combination of Fine dinning to Rustic Brassiere and is presented to rosette standard. The restaurant thrives on a with a busy non residential trade .Working a five day week mostly split shifts you will have the ambition and flair to work with the team to achieve accolades.
Candidate requirements: • Previous experience with in a hotel or restaurant would be desirable. • You will have worked to a high standard of food preparation and have the desire to achieve results • Must be committed to take the team and business forward. • Own transport required due to location
Live in accommodation available
Salary: £18,000 pa
