Brighton Branch is easily located in West Street in the centre of Brighton just by the clock tower.

Nigel Hill; Branch Manager

Nigel has worked in the Brighton branch for almost 10 years, overseeing the commercial, catering, industrial and engineering divisions, and has recently opened an education division, successfully placing primary school supply teachers to schools in East and West Sussex. The branch is supported by two other very experienced consultants and two administrators, working together to make a strong and reliable team.

Martin Davis; Senior Consultant

Martin has over 4 years recruitment experience and has been responsible for the industrial/engineering/ contracts divisions for the past two years, providing temporary and permanent solutions, placing over 100 temporary staff per day to an ever increasing client database. His success has been based on his hard work and determination to ensure that all clients’ requirements are met, and has a great ability to adapt a service for each client’s specific needs. Martin thrives on the demands that face him on a daily basis and has great communication and support from Nigel Hill and Peter O’Brien.

Peter O’Brien; Sector Manager

Peter has been in the recruitment industry for 12 years and has been with Personnel Selection for over 11 years as a catering consultant, manager and as a local director. Peter prides himself in his professional approach and understanding of his clients needs and is fully engaged in the recruitment process, understanding the qualities and skills his clients require and making a cost effective way of recruiting great quality people.
