Louisa joined the Camberley branch in 2002 after a previous career in sales and industrial recruitment. Louisa has built the branch to be one of the top performing in the company, with the emphasis on providing local businesses with a quality service and high calibre candidates. She has a loyal team of staff who ensure that all of their clients recruitment requirements are managed professionally.

Emma Cluskey: Senior Consultant

Emma manages the temporary desk and has worked for Personnel Selection for 10 years. Emma has built up a thorough understanding of the local market and is able to utilise this knowledge to full effect and ensure that her temporary clients get the right candidate at the right time! 

Sophie Bryant: Consultant

Sophie joined Personnel Selection as a trainee in 2006 and was quickly promoted to a consultant, managing permanent recruitment for her clients across the local area. Sophie has become a valued member of the team and is able to manage her clients requirements within all departments and at all levels. 

Emma Clarkson-Kearsley: Consultant

Emma has worked for Personnel Selection since 2007 and has used her previous career within sales and finance to build up her client base from scratch. Emma now has a loyal set of clients who are able to call upon her to recruit candidates for any of their roles ­ temporary, contract or permanent.
