We are looking to hire a confident adminstrator with excellent attention to detail, someone who has the ability to work on a range of tasks and whi can switch between working on team tasks and solo projects. You will be taking incoming calls from customers and potential customers, updating records on the inhouse CRM and sending out sales paperwork and confirmations.
- You must have solid adminstration skills, accurate data entry and the ability to work in multiple projects
- You should have worked within a similar role where you have had responsibility for projects and perhaps had to undertake external training in order to undertake your role.
- You will need solid experience of MS Office inlcuding Excel
- This role would suit an experienced administrator who is seeking a fresh challenge, who can from time to time cover other roles in the team (holidays or sickness) and who would enjoy working in a busy office.
