We are an established organisation offering a friendly working environment and are now seeking an additional Administrator to start asap on an on going temporary basis. The Administrator role will offer Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5pm working hours, free parking and a generous hourly pay rate of between £9.50 to £11 per hour plus holiday pay.
The main duties will be
– Answering the incoming phone and email enquiries from new and existing customers both trade and domestic.
– Booking engineers appointments with customers
– Monitoring the main company email in box.
– Managing the post – couriers, franking, parcels.
– Sending out customer satisfaction questionnaires
– Helping to organise team events
– Taking payments and raising invoices.
– Organising business cards and brochure printing plus managing the stationery
– Raising low value customer quotes
– Helping the office manager with customer tender information.
– General admin – scanning, filing, archiving.
This temporary position is to start ASAP to join our busy office working in a team of 4. You must have intermediate Word and Excel skills and a head for figures plus excellent attention to detail. Ideally you will have worked within an administration role within a sales, service, manufacturing or an engineering company and have a professional telephone manner with strong written skills too.
