Our client in Newhaven is looking for an administrator to assist in the buying dept to update systems, creating codes on the ERP system, and updating pricing.
General administration work, processing and matching of paper work, photocopying and sending out documents by email, data entry on spreadsheets (excel and word) and some but little speaking with clients on the phone, processing enquiries onto database.
The position will involve sending out quotes, checking quotes using a formula, to do order process and basic admin functions.
Must have some basic ERP understanding, can learn quickly, be practical, be good with figures and written English communication.
Experience working in an Engineering environment or around technical drawings would be beneficial but not essential.
Salary: £10 - 11 per hour + Holiday pay
