A Demi Chef de Partie/a Chef De Partie and a Commis chef -This is an exciting opportunity to join the Chefs brigade and you will have the opportunity to work with a brigade of talented Chefs where ingredients and creativity are king.
A Pastry Sous Chef who will have knowledge of all aspects of patisserie. You will have responsibility for creating new ideas for the dessert menu and be involved in the training of the junior pastry chefs in the team
A Conference & Banqueting Head Chef who will be responsible and accountable for delivering exceptional guest focused dining experiences, as well as ensuring that all team members are fully trained and consistently achieve the standards expected within our busy Conference and Banqueting private dining rooms.
