We have an exciting position available, working for a local business as their Committee & Office Administrator. This is a great opportunity for an organised multi-tasker, with outstanding IT skills.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all company members and will provide assistance to the Regional Director.
Although the role is Andover based, there will be travel throughout the South East Region required.
The role will include secretarial duties, such as handling the production and distribution of agendas and minutes, committee administration and managing staff calendars/diaries.
You will also be responsible for purchasing of internal equipment, recording member information, typing letters and reports, updating the company website and supporting the events manager.
