We seek an extremely organised Administrator who is technically minded and has great attention to detail to join our clients compliance and R&D team. This is a newly created role and would suit anyone who either has a background in compliance or has worked within electronics manufacturing in an administrative capacity.
The Product Safety Compliance Administrator will prepare and file documentation ensuring full compliance with EU legislation. The position reports directly to the Technical Manager and is part of the R&D team.
-To support the Technical Manager in compiling and filing documentation for the European Communication Declaration of Conformity to ensure product safety compliance for all non core products including Switchgear, Control Systems, Control Gear and Fixtures.
-To support the Technical Manager in compiling and filing documentation for 3rd party reports / certification.
-Ensure all items are kept up to date to enable the product release from the Central Item Master to the Introductory Hold system.
-Undertake any other administration duties for the Technical Department as required
Person Skills and Experience
Background knowledge of compliance in the electrical industries is essential.

– Good Working knowledge of all Microsoft packages essential
