My well established client is looking to employ two people in their customer services department
The hours of work are Monday to Friday and will include 3 evenings per week working 12.30pm till 9.00pm and the other two 9 to 5.30pm. the benefitsa re vast and include free life insurance, private medical, pension, eye and child care vouchers, employee assustance scheme, birthday day off, share of bonus pot, progression and social events.
Role 1. Telephone Interviewer
Making pre-arranged outbound calls to customers to complete their online life insurance applications which includes asking them questions about their medical health and lifestyle need to have a great telephone manner, be computer literate and able to take down accurate information.
Role 2 Life Insurance Coordinator
Making outbound calls to arrange and confirm appointment to clients who have taken out a life insurancee application. Again you should be computr literate, have a great telephone manner and be able to take down and enter accurate information
The company has smart town centre offices and close to local carparks as well as public transport
Salary: £16,140 - 16,640 per year + benefits
