Our client based in chichester is looking for a number of call handlers to work on some of thier prestigeous client campaigns.
They are looking for Inbound and outbound call handlers to engage with customers regarding services that have previously been used, An element of Customer services is involved for follow up calls to ensure they had recieved a good exeprience and to offer more services, identifiying needs and make them aware of up and coming events, that the customers may have attended in the past or have shown an interest in before. Inbound or outbound handlers will be dealing with warm calls as they have used the services or attended events in the past or shown an interest via e-mail website or telephone call. Over the phone quoting will be done also. Full training will be given on the job and also internal CRM system.
The office atire is smart casual dress and the working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30pm and Friday 8.30 – 5pm
There are different possibilites of contracts from Fixed term contracts to temporay to permanent fulltime contracts.
