Personnel Selection are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Services person to join this busy manufacturing company, based in Andover.
The salary for this role is £22000, but if you have export knowledge this can be increased to just over £25500.
The role of Customer Services will suit someone from a busy and varied service-related environment – perhaps you have worked in transport, logisitcs, shipping or account management and would like to expand your knowledge in a fast-paced role, within an export team?
You must have solid order processing skills, a confident telephone manner and an excellent grasp of MS Office and ideally ERP systems.
If you have export experience, the role will involve checking and preparing all shipping and export documentation and handling dangerous goods information.
Ideal candidates to be considered for the role of Customer Service Administrators will have:
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills with friendly and professional telephone manner
Accuracy, precision, attention to detail
Good organisational and prioritisation skills
Ability to file and retrieve documents efficiently
Flexible team member
Customer Services or Sales Administration experience
- Knowledge of ERP systems and Forecasting (desirable)
Ideal candidates to be considered for the role of Coordinators will have:
- IATA in date training (or ability to gain within 6 months)
- IMDG/ADR awareness
- Sound experience in Exports with an emphasis on Dangerous Goods
- A knowledge of international courier systems
- An understanding of Freight Forwarding
