This top class leisure complex is looking for a quality HEAD CHEF to work within this 70 Seated Brasserie style restaurant, plus Bistro food and events.
• Serving an A ‘La Carte and club menu of a Modern British style cuisine – you design your menu to the restaurant brief.
• Be responsible for your own food safety and food hygiene.
• You will be passionate about the food you produce and have flair and an imaginative style about ones self, someone who is going to be a good team player.
• You will process excellent man management skills, positive attitude, and flexibility in cooking styles with a particular emphasis on ethnic food.
• You will have a consistent track record in producing exciting variety of fresh food within a reputable restaurant, hotel or leisure complex background.
• Working a 5 day shift pattern and all straight shifts.
• Excellent package for the right candidate which includes a generous pension scheme.
• Very nice working environment -2 days off together. 45 hours per week
• Salary £35k/36K per annum
