Due to increased workload and a specific HR project we require an additional HR Administrator for an initial 3 month contract working as part of our existing HR team of 3 based at our regional Head Office. Working Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5pm Mon to Fri with free parking and 25 days holiday.
The main focus of the HR Administrator role is to support the HR Director and associated team during a specific HR project/consultation covering the Farnborough/Frimley site and other locations across the UK. The main duties will include a large volume of HR correspondence by letter so it is important to have solid mail merge skills and be happy working through a large volume of documentation. Collating information, checking the accuracy of letters and documents and compiling individual employee information via the in house systems. You may also be required to act as a point of contact for the employees by phone and email.
At other times you will be providing more general HR Admin support to the HR Director, HR Advisor and other HR Administrator so you must have a pro active approach and can do attitude. Working for a well established company comprising office and engineering staff both on and off site. This is a generalist HR Administration role, encompassing all aspects of HR, including; employee records administration, training, recruitment, on boarding, employee relations, policies, procedures and reward. To help drive the business forward through HR initiatives and changes which continually improve the organisations effectiveness.
You should have previous HR experience and be happy to commit to a rolling contract. Strong PC skills are required in both Word and Excel with the ability to start asap.
