We are a local and well-established company within our industry. Due to expansion, we are seeking an Internal Sales and Service Coordinator to join our team in our regional Camberley office. We are offer a starting salary up to £19k plus commission of approx. £2 to 3k working Monday to Friday with 25 days holiday and free parking.

As an Internal Sales and Service Coordinator, you will be working as part of friendly and enthusiastic team delivering excellent customer service to our new and existing customers throughout the order and delivery process.
Dealing with inbound telephone and email enquiries in a timely and prompt manner form our existing and new clients across London and the South East.
Inputting and Processing customer orders onto the system.
Liaising and keeping customers up to date in regards to their order and the delivery estimate.
Liaising with the warehouse and transport team.
Working toward KPI’s and team targets.
Pricing and creating quotes for trade customers.
Creating and maintain new customer accounts.
Proactively upsell and promote company products.
Assist in the trade counter as and when is required.
Day to day administration is involved.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years’ experience within a customer service, sales or retail role. You will have excellent IT skills, be well organised and have a confident approach on the telephone. You will also be able to use your own initiative in prioritising your own work load and be able to work towards tight deadlines.
