My well established firm of solicitors has an amazing opportunity for a Legal Secretary.
The ideal candidate will possess experience within the Litigation Department and will be joining a well-established firm renowned for its success. Legal secretaries from all legal departmental backgrounds will be considered, not only those with litigation experience.
Applicants must be able to complete high-quality Audio-Typing, Document Conversion and Tracked Changes.
Successful candidates will assist in general administrative duties, as well as dealing with all aspects of file administration including file opening, completing client care letters, file closure, archiving and retrieval and return from storage. You will be overseeing the management of finances, recording fee earning time, preparing bills, correspondence and other relevant documentation. It is a varied role and there are lots of aspects to the position.
The firm are looking to recruit a secretary with a typing speed of at least 65/70 words per minute with 90% accuracy and with the abolity to multi task. close to all public transport and based in the centre of town
Salary: £20k - 23k per year + 25 days hols
