We are currently looking for an Office Admin Assistant to join a local business within a small market town.
- Answering incoming calls
- Handling company post
- Export (Haulage logsitics) -Inputting information such as all despatched parcels/pallets/post and deal with order tracking
- General office duties
- Manage the company price list
- Process sales orders/taking payments
- Meet and greet customers
- Produce purchase order numbers
Key skills needed:
- Sage 200
- Sage CRM
Due to the location the successful candidate will need to drive and have their own vehicle.
Salary: £21k - 22k per year + Benefits
