We are currently recruiting for an Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join this well established Andover based company.
The ideal candidate for the role of Part-Time Accounts Assistant will be required to have the following experienced:
- Previous experience in both Sales & Purchase Ledgers
- Reconciliation of all bank accounts
- Completing BACS Payment for GBP/EUR/USD
- Accruals and Prepayments
- Cashflow Petty Cash
- Credit Control
- General Administration/telephone support within the Accounts department primarily, however will be required to assist Internal Sales Department during busy times
As the Part-Time Accounts Assistant you will be required to have the following:
- 1-2 years experience within a similar role and to be able to work with minimal supervision
- Experience of using PC/Email/MS Office
- Credit Control is essential
- Sage Payroll is desirable
The hours for PT Accounts Assistant are 25 days over 3 days, however there is room for flexibility for the right person.
