Due to our continued success we require a part time Business Development Executive to assist with new business activities including appointment setting on behalf of our clients who use our services on a consultancy basis to assist with their business growth. We are a new type of consultancy helping owners of small to large enterprises to enjoy rapid, yet controlled growth. We are looking for someone to work 14 hours per week ideally 2 days per week 9am to 5pm and will pay between £11 and £12 per hour plus paid holiday, free parking and the chance to join a small, friendly team.
We are a small independent firm made up of a team of seasoned experts and consultants, who have over 70 years’, combined experience in the growth, sale, acquisition and merger of privately held businesses.
We have been successfully delivering Inside B2B Sales support services for its clients for over 6 years. Our client mix includes marketing agencies, tech businesses and consultancies.
Our continued success and growing relationships with existing and new clientele, means we now need to secure additional inside sales support resource to manage campaigns on behalf of our of rapidly growing business clients.
We are therefore seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to deliver Inside Sales / Telemarketing / Telesales service support.
The role will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, achieving goals through following up new marketing leads and campaigns, creating new valuable relationships across all levels of the targeted market through the following activities:
• Telephone & email-based prospecting, in order to generate new leads for our clients
• Scheduling sales appointments with prospective clients
• Using initiative to research and target new companies and contacts
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
• Manage New Business-related processes
• Maintain and update a sales CRM database of activity, providing weekly/ monthly reports
• Participate in weekly review tele-meetings with the client agency
The role holder will need to show that they can carry out the above with flair, be articulate with excellent communication skills, as well as intuitive, naturally inquisitive, able to pay attention to detail as well having a good sense of humour!
You should be a self-motivated , tenacious and enthusiastic sales / marketing individual. Highly organised with Microsoft software knowledge essential and excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to understand new technologies.
You should have past B2B Sales and/or Marketing experience preferably within a communications and/or marketing agency environment.
