A new temporary ongoing assignment has arisen for a Part Time Recruitment Administrator which will be based within a busy Recruitment Consultancy located in central Brighton, East Sussex.
The position is to offer administration support to the team and take responsibility for the temporary workers weekly payroll entries.
Duties will include data entry, updating, tracking and amending the weekly payroll for the temporary workers.
Updating and amending weekly timesheets, issuing, collecting and collating weekly timesheets, ensuring all the timesheets are received for payroll completion. Updating weekly spread sheets and reports.
Other duties may include registering candidates, speaking to clients, adding and removing job adverts, updating advertising boards and displays.
The ideal candidate would have previous administration and data entry experience. Also with a good knowledge of Microsoft outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
This role will also involve speaking with clients and candidates face to face or over the telephone and also our payroll department staff.
Weekly Hours: Monday and Tuesday 9.30am – 2.30pm / Friday 10.00am – 2.00pm.
Salary: £8.50 - 8.50 per hour + Holiday Pay
