We are a successful and independent Facilities Management Company based in Aldershot and operate within the South East and London. Due to expansion we are seeking a Sales Executive – B2B to join our small but friendly team on a full or part-time basis. Candidates with experience within a similar role or from another sales position such as retail, membership sales, business development, phone-based sales roles are encouraged to apply.
We can offer a salary of up to £20K (pro-rata for part-time) plus monthly uncapped commission, with additional benefits including 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, free parking and a fun and exciting working environment.
Reporting into and supporting the Sales Director, you will be working in close conjunction with the sales and operations teams, making contact with potential clients in order to help grown the business. We will provide training and support, and the potential to develop your career within sales.
The main duties of the role include:
- Conducting out bound sales calls to speak with the key point of contact for perspective clients
- Demonstrating excellent customer service on all calls
- Working through a database of leads and self-generating leads
- Providing quotes and information on products and services
- Demonstrating excellent questioning and listing skills
- Overcoming objections and negotiating on prices costs where required
- Closing the sale and making appointments for the field-based sales staff
- Updating the inhouse system and building up perspective client information in order to get the most out of future sales calls
- General administration as required and assisting the sales team with other duties where required
The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Executive – B2B role will have experience within a similar position, with a proactive and resilient approach and the ability to close sales. You will be proficient with MS Office and databases, with the ability to multi-task. Excellent communication skills are essential, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
