We are an international Manufacturing company with our UK office based in Fleet and are seeking a Sales Support Administrator to assist us on an ongoing temporary basis working Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5pm with free parking and paid holiday on top of your hourly pay rate of £10 to £11 per hour.
Working alongside our team of Sales Administrators, you will be providing the following administrative support:-
Processing sales orders for customers worldwide
Accurately raising invoices and allocating stock
Email correspondence and liaison with our Head office, suppliers and customers.
Following the order process through from manufacture at our China site through to delivery
Liaising with the Logistics team
Providing customers with regular updates regarding their orders
Updating the CRM system
You need to have an excellent telephone manner, be a confident administrator with good excel skills too. Happy to work as part of a small but busy team and able to commit to an ongoing temporary assignment.
