This top class leisure complex situated in Brighton, is looking for a Strong Sous Chef who can look after an 80 seated A La Carte & Bistro restaurant. They also have private dining for 100, serving a Modern European British style cuisine.
Working under the Head Chef, responsible for food safety, food hygiene and ordering. You must be passionate about the food you produce and have flair and an imaginative style about yourself. Someone who is going to be a good team player and have good organisation skills to lead a brigade of five chefs and four kitchen porters .The shifts are straight shifts totalling to 45 hours a week. 2.30pm -till 11.30pm on a five day rosta basis.two days off together.
Company Pension and 28 days holidays.
You will process excellent skills within a good restaurant, hotel or leisure industry.Some one with good skills on the sauce section and is strong on the food production aspect but wishing to gain more on the budgeting side.Eager to progress and passionate about what food they produce.
