Team Leader

Job Description:

Our client seeks an experienced Team Leader or Production Supervisor to join this busy local manufacturing company.

This full time role will be based from a new site in Newhaven and you will be reporting to the Produciton Manager on a daily basis, this is a hands on role where you will be responsible for a team of skilled production operatives who run both manual assembly processes and some automated machinery.

You will monitor and manage all aspects of the production process and raise issues with the business around fulfilment of KPI’s and supply targets, you will train and develop staff, moinitor quality and raw material useage and work with the business to identify production improvements.

You must have worked in a similar role within a manufacturing environment as a team leader or supervisor and have excellent experience using MS Office and be confident dealing with the daily operational challenges that arise in a busy factory.  Full job description available upon request
