The ideal candidate for the role of Technical Customer Service / Helpdesk is:

• From a Technical Customer Service / Helpdesk background
• A natural troubleshooter
• Service focused
• Capable of communicating effectively verbally and in writing
• Interested in technology and innovation
• Dedicated and loyal – able to display longevity within their previous roles
• Able to think on their feet and cope well under pressure

The role of Technical Customer Service / Helpdesk will involve:

• Delivering first line service in a largely inbound environment
• Problem-solving technical issues via the telephone
• Setting up additional services for existing customers
