At this time of year we thought it would be right to drop you a note to tell you how great we think Sue is.

We are based in Chichester and have a reasonably high turnover of call centre staff.  Up until Sue was poorly a while ago, I think we took her for granted.  She always provided good quality staff for us in good numbers and at the right time, and also provided excellent after-care for them.  When she was off we experienced significant difficulty in sourcing new staff, and only then began to realise how hard Sue had been working to get us the right people at the right time.  In her absence we turned to other agencies, but did not find the same high level of support that Sue provided to us.
