Sales Consultant

Job Description:

Personnel Selection are pleased to be working alongside this fantastic Basingstoke based business, who are a recognised and respected national brand. We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join them on a permanent and full time basis. This role is office based, so candidates should be within easy reach of Basingstoke centre – the offices are close to the bus and train station. 

The role of Sales Consultant will suit an experienced candidate who has a true customer-centric focus and the ability to work towards and exceed targets. 

You should be a good negotiator and have strong influencing and rapport building skills and be capable of effectively listening to customers needs. 

Duties will include:

•  Complete customer surveys via telephone, video call, self survey, and field sales as appropriate.
•  All enquiries/quotations to be recorded in Navision
•  Identification of customer buying criteria.
•  Price bounce to gauge customer reaction.
•  Accurate costings via costing form and table.
